AB local-web-search
Real-time web search for any OpenClaw commander model. Default path is free/private local SearXNG + Scrapling/browser-worker search with no API keys; optional Gemini API Google Search grounding provides Google-backed synthesized answers with citations when explicitly requested or local engines are insufficient. Includes multi-engine parallel search (Bing/DuckDuckGo/Startpage/Qwant), intent-aware query expansion, three-tier Browse/Viewing (Fetcher → StealthyFetcher → DynamicFetcher), cross-engine anti-hallucination validation, multi-source factual claim cross-verification, proxy detection, and optional public fallback.
As a process B 65/100 · Nearly there — weak spots: result and completion, inputs and preconditions, running it twice
How to improve
- Your own cases (evals/evals.json, 4–6 real requests with expected answers): the full check would then run those instead of a model-drafted suite.
- A spec.yaml with trigger phrases and assertions — a behaviour contract for CI; `skilltest init` writes a template.

Process rating: all ten parameters 65/100
- 0Result and completion. Does not say what the result is
- 30Inputs and preconditions. Does not say what the process needs to start
- 30Running it twice. 6 mutating operations with no state check
- 60Tools and files. Uses tools (bash, web, python) that frontmatter does not declare
- 70When it triggers. States when to use, but not when not to
- 100Steps. 44 steps
- 100Failures and branches. 6 branches, has a failure section
- 100Consistency. Name and required fields are in place
- 100Execution cost. Instruction body is 2852 tokens
- 100Progress reporting. Reports progress
- medium Safety rules and hard prohibitions inside a skill: they belong in the system prompt, here they protect nothing
- low 10 top-level sections: this looks like several domains in one skill
Everything here is measured from the skill text rather than judged by a model, so the numbers are checkable. A parameter weighs more when it is a more common reason for the process to stall.
